1. Services

Professional Garage Door Services, LLC provides garage door installation, repair, maintenance, and related services. We are licensed by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) under License #1117899 (C-61/D-28 — Doors, Gates, and Activating Devices).

2. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes and estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on on-site inspection, additional work required, or material changes requested by the customer. A written agreement or work order will be provided before any work commences.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

After submitting a quote request, our team will contact you to schedule an appointment. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours on business days. Appointment times are approximate and may be subject to change based on service demand and emergency calls.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment at no charge by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a service call fee. Emergency services are non-cancellable once a technician has been dispatched.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. Any outstanding balances not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.

6. Warranty

All workmanship is backed by our service guarantee. Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts and materials as specified by the manufacturer. Warranty claims must be reported to us promptly. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Professional Garage Door Services, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Professional Garage Door Services, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. User Responsibilities

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
